A Decision counts when its packet is complete, durable, validated, and available to retrieve.

Billing shows the applicable policy version and price before funding and before a Decision is admitted.
Pay for completion
Codaegis reserves the displayed amount before work and consumes it only when the Decision packet completes durably.
Failed work does not count as completed
A request must reach durable completion before it can create a Decision debit.
- Confirmed failed or rejected work
- Duplicate or replayed requests
- Retrieval, download, export, or delivery attempts
- A timed-out or unclear outcome remains reserved while it is reconciled
Replays do not count twice
The same completed Decision produces one debit. Retrieval, recovery, or repeated delivery does not create another.
Signed-in Billing shows whether funding is available for your account, the applicable policy version, and the current Decision price.
How payment works

- The minimum funding amount is shown in Billing before payment
- The current Decision price is shown before funding and before each Decision
- Your calendar-month spending limit counts completed debits and reserved work.
- Unused prepaid value does not expire and has no inactivity fee.
- Eligible unused cash-funded value may be returned to the original payment method after reconciliation
