Refund policy
Unused prepaid value
Eligible unused cash-funded value may be refunded to the original payment method. A request, account reconciliation, and a completed refund are separate states.
What may be refunded
Eligible unused cash-funded value may be returned to the original payment method after reconciliation.
Completed Decisions are consumed service and are not unused balance.
Promotional, bonus, disputed, reversed, or otherwise non-cash value is not represented as refundable cash.
How a request is resolved
Codaegis must confirm account authority, original funding, unused cash-funded value, completed Decision debits, pending work, disputes, reversals, and earlier refunds.
While provider acknowledgement or balance facts are unclear, the request remains pending. Codaegis will not infer that money moved.
A refund is complete only after durable Codaegis reconciliation and payment-provider confirmation. Timing, fees, and detailed eligibility exceptions are not yet published.
