Refunds and cancellation
Effective July 9, 2026. This policy explains cancellation, refunds, recurring renewals, usage limits, and billing help for Codaegis subscriptions.
Refund postureCase by case
Refunds are reviewed individually. Legally required refunds are always honored.
How to cancel
- Sign in, open Workspace Billing, and select Manage or cancel subscription to use Stripe Customer Portal.
- You may also email support@codaegis.com. Support will not require another purchase or a sales call to process a valid cancellation request.
- Online cancellation is available after reasonable sign-in solely to confirm that you control the account.
When cancellation takes effect
- Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid month unless law requires otherwise.
- Paid access continues through that date while the account is paid and in good standing.
- Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge.
Refunds
- Refunds are case-by-case only.
- There is no automatic prorated refund or automatic first-month guarantee.
- Codaegis honors refunds and cancellation rights required by applicable law. Approved refunds include the associated tax treatment required by law.
- Send refund requests to support@codaegis.com.
Recurring renewal and notices
- PR Review Starter renews automatically each month at $99 USD plus applicable tax until canceled.
- Codaegis sends a retainable purchase record and provides renewal, annual, price-change, and other notices when required by law.
- Every required notice includes a way to manage or cancel the subscription.
Trials and promotions
- No public paid trial, introductory price, or promotion is included unless Checkout clearly states its duration, later price, and cancellation deadline before purchase.
Usage limits and failed payments
- If included checks are exhausted, Codaegis should hard-stop before a paid run.
- Auto top-up is disabled for launch. No automatic refill charge path is offered.
- No silent unlimited overage is allowed.
- Past-due subscriptions may hold paid runs until payment state is active.
- A failed payment does not authorize a new fee or automatic top-up.
Packet history after cancellation
Packet history remains bounded by the active tier's retention window. Customers are responsible for exporting or storing packets they need beyond Codaegis retention.
