Terms for using Codaegis

Read-only Decision support from Palisade Technologies LLC. You remain responsible for every action taken from a result.

Who may use it

You must be legally able to agree to these terms, provide accurate account information, and use only source and accounts you are authorized to access.
Do not submit secrets, unrelated personal data, unlawful content, or material you lack authority to process. Do not bypass source, payment, tenancy, or security controls.

A signed-in person may separately authorize read-only GitHub access, select one repository and pull request, describe the change context and risk, and request one Decision.
A Decision is bound to an immutable source head and snapshot. Missing authority or scope, source drift, insufficient balance, unavailable runtime, failure, timeout, and stale state can stop or hold the request.
A completed Decision includes a durable packet that can be retrieved. It is advice, not approval, certification, enforcement, merge, or deployment.
Customer API keys, webhooks, team administration, policy memory, repository writeback, automatic merge or deployment, and non-pull-request work are outside the current service.

Confirm the source identity and review the answer, evidence, missing proof, limits, and required actions before relying on a Decision.
Use the service lawfully and protect your accounts. You make and document the final human decision and keep any records you need beyond Codaegis retention.

Customer-funded prepaid value. The minimum funding amount is shown in Billing before payment. The current Decision price is shown before funding and before each Decision. No subscription or seat fee; no automatic refills or recurring charges.
One paid unit is one durable, validated decision packet that is complete and available to retrieve.

The displayed amount is reserved before work. Durable completion consumes it; a confirmed nonbillable failure releases it. A timed-out or unclear outcome remains reserved during reconciliation.
Your spending limit applies by calendar month in UTC and counts completed debits plus reserved work. Unused prepaid value does not expire and has no inactivity fee.
Eligible unused cash-funded value may be returned to the original payment method after reconciliation. Billing shows the durable request and settlement status; a request is not a completed refund.

You retain ownership of your code, repository content, and other material you submit.
You grant Codaegis and its providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and reproduce that material as needed to provide, secure, support, and legally operate the service.
You may use completed Decision packets for lawful internal or commercial work, subject to third-party rights and these terms. Codaegis retains ownership of its service, software, documentation, designs, and methods.

Codaegis may pause or refuse a request when identity, authority, source, balance, runtime, security, legal, or integrity requirements are not satisfied.
Third-party identity, source, hosting, model, database, payment, and other services may affect availability.
Codaegis does not guarantee code safety, correctness, compliance, deployability, merge readiness, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codaegis and Palisade Technologies LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Limits do not apply where prohibited.
Mandatory law remains applicable. Claims may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction; these terms do not require arbitration.
Applicable law may require notice or additional terms before a material change. No navigation action or old checkbox accepts a later policy version.
Email receipt and response times are not guaranteed. Do not rely on email for urgent assistance.
